JCON EUROPE 2026 – CFP 3 Days left

The Call for Papers for JCON EUROPE 2026 is closing soon, with only three days remaining for submissions. The deadline is Friday, October 24, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC+2).

As the premier in-person Java community conference in Germany, JCON EUROPE will return to the Cinedom in Cologne from April 20–23, 2026, bringing together Java developers, architects, and technology experts from around the world.

The conference is renowned for its distinctive cinema setting, strong community spirit, and high-caliber technical sessions. Attendees can look forward to a packed agenda, a vibrant hallway track, and the popular Mentorship Hub hosted by Bruno Souza, offering direct interaction between newcomers and seasoned industry leaders.

What Speakers Can Submit

The CFP remains open for:

  • 45-minute sessions (including Q&A)
  • 20-minute lightning talks
  • 2-hour workshops

JCON is looking for a diverse mix of content from across the Java ecosystem, including:

  • Core Java and JVM performance
  • Frameworks such as Spring, Jakarta EE, Quarkus, and Micronaut
  • Cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, observability, and security
  • AI for Java and other innovative topics shaping the next era of software development

Speaker Benefits

Accepted speakers receive a full conference pass (including Workshop Day on April 20), plus five additional 3-day passes for colleagues or partners. Other benefits include an invitation to the Speaker Dinner on April 21 and social media visibility once the final schedule is announced.

  • April 20 (Monday): Workshop Day / Java Luminaries Summit
  • April 21–23 (Tuesday–Thursday): Conference Days including Speaker Dinner and VIP Networking
