With over a decade of experience in the Java ecosystem, Stefan has architected low-latency solutions for some of the most demanding fintech platforms, including Nexo and Trading 212, where he designed exchange and trading infrastructure processing massive volumes of real-time market data. Beyond his corporate work, Stefan is passionate about education and community building. He is the founder of CodeBefore.eu and co-founder of Hacker4e.com—an academy that teaches children programming through games, Scratch, and web technologies.
